Such contact, early on, enables the consultant to gain a full understanding of your business, its culture, the role itself and the type of person you are looking to recruit. You, in turn, benefit from advice and information regarding candidate availability, the competitiveness of the remuneration package and how best to promote the role to prospective candidates, taking current market conditions into account.

Contingency Approach

This method provides you with a selection of suitable CVs drawn from our database on a no-placement-no-fee basis. By virtue of the specialist nature of our firm, although working on a contingency basis, we utilise specific search and networking techniques which enhance the pool of suitable candidates for your role. This service distinguishes us from our competitors, going far beyond the scope of a normal contingency agency.

Advertising

We routinely advertise vacancies on both our own and on selected industry-specific websites. In addition we advertise in the press, in order to attract particular groups of personnel within the compliance sector.

What is more, Compliance Professionals can run an advertising campaign on behalf of your company in the most appropriate media, whether this be the national press or a more specialist publication. This method ensures that prospective candidates are targeted directly, according to your personal specifications. Adverts are client-specific and provide you with exclusive access to the short-listed candidates. Such campaigns can be undertaken with or without your branding.

Executive Search

In an increasingly competitive market place attracting the highest quality candidates requires specialist expertise. Compliance Professionals, through the Executive Search function, is ideally placed to source such talent.

An Executive search is carried out in the following systematic manner:

  • Client Briefing: Consultants take time to truly understand the client’s business, philosophy and culture. The client’s specific and detailed requirements are determined and objectively analysed.
  • Market Mapping: All relevant candidates within target companies are identified. Each candidate is carefully assessed and those best suited to the role are discretely approached. Candidates are screened through face-to-face meetings in order to ascertain suitability, both in terms of experience and character.
  • Interview and Offer: Suitable candidates are presented to the client. Meetings with all selected candidates are arranged. Feedback is efficiently processed and all relevant additional information is gathered. An offer is then delivered, with consultants using years of experience to minimise the possibility of a counter-offer.
